AN ARTIST TO ARTIST OPEN MIC SPACE FOR MAKERS OF ALL CRAFTS TO SHARE THEIR CREATIONS AND BE IN COMMUNITY WITH OTHER CREATIVES
CREATIVES GATHERING is a Creative Expression Initiative Space presented by Signature Soul in current collaboration with Mechanic’s Hall.
This is a FREE/contributions welcome – intergenerational – artists* event.
Water, tea, and light snacks will be provided.
*Please note this is a space intended to be an open mic between Artists and is not an open mic where Artists are sharing/performing for an audience.
**Things to bring:
- Open mind and heart and a willingness to share
- Things you’re currently crafting & want to share/receive feedback on
- Things you’re creating and want to display, talk about, collaborate on
- Materials and tools to create with on the spot (i.e. drawing boards, paints, collaging supplies, drum pads, instruments, knitting projects, jewelry making etc.)
- Poems, bars, songs, music, instrumentals, comedy, stories, dance, visual arts, other samples of work, etc.
